Transfer contacts to MicroSim from non-iPhone

Like the thread title suggests, I need to get my contacts transferred off of my standard Sim. I'm aware that iTunes is the key, but that's where I hit a wall. I found an article here -> Clicky , but I don't have Outlook. Any other options guys?

I think you have two options (not having Outlook):

Option 1
1. Transfer the contacts from the standard sim to the non-iPhone
2. Use a microsim adapter to put your microsim in the phone and transfer the contacts to it
3. Drop the microsim into the new iPhone 4 and transfer the contacts to the iPhone

Option 2
1. Cut the standard sim to the microsim size
2. Drop it into the iPhone and transfer the contacts
3. Put the microsim back into the iPhone

Optional Option
1. Buy Outlook

Hummm!! I always sinc my contacts but using windows contacts in itunes!!

how do you sync to windows contacts on windows 7 i'd like to back mine up that way too just to play it safe

The first time i connect my phone with iTunes, ask me with what i want to
sync my contacts and i choose windows contacts. Also, all my contacts are in
one folder. But, MaX write a guide how to copy all your contacts( how to extract
from your iphone) with winscp!

Yeah this was my backup option (I've already got an old cingular Sim ready for the sacrifice

) if there was no other way to go about it.

As for Outlook.....I'm tired of putting crappy windows products on my pc, so many compatibility issues, so much life wasted....
