Thanks HackAzz. This was written before Cyfix.

No need to search Google, though, Cyfix is posted here.

You can do this without SSH.

This is the way i fixed cydia "Sub-process bzip-2 returned an error code (2)" error:

    Just install iPhone
Browser and with your phone connected to PC start iPhoneBrowser.
Navigate to /private/etc/apt/sources.list.d and right-click cydia.list and save file to your computer.
Edit (open) cydia.list withnotepad, remove the line with the incorrect URL than save and replace the file on your iPhone using iPhone Browser.

Next, navigate to /private/var/lib/cydia and save the metadata.plist file to your computer and open it with pledit. Pledit does not work on windows vista, in that case you can use plist Editor for Windows Hit Ctrl-F to find all instances of your incorrect URL and delete the selection. Than save you file and replace the original file on your iPhone with the modified file using iPhone Browser.

Now, navigate to /private/var/lib/apt/lists and remove the files with the wrong URL.

Finally, navigate to /private/var/lib/apt/lists/partial and delete the last incorrect URL entries.

iPhone Browser automatically creates a backup of your iphone files when they are replaced.

This is an alternative solution for cydia fix based on the original tutorial righten by maXimus.

Restart iPhone and cydia should work fine.

Never mind guys, I found a solution that make pledit works on windows 7. First:
1- Go to:C:/Program Files/Common Files/Apple/ there's a folder with the name "Apple Application Support". Copy that folder in:
2- C:/Program Files/Common Files/Apple/Mobile Device Support. After copy the file to this folder, rename the folder to "bin'.

Try start pledit again. It would work properly.

I think you suppose to look for the repo to delete it, that's why you can hit Ctrl F!!
