Default stuck in recovery mode after trying blackra1n

What's up everyone? I've tried at least 30 times to jailbreak my replacement iphone. I've recovered three times because I couldn't get it out of recovery mode once blackra1n started. I have 3.1.2 os iphone 3g model # starts with MB. This has been the worst jailbreak experience ever. I've searched youtube from 6pm - 4am looking for solutions which did not work. Somebody please help!!!!!!!!!!

What OS are you using? What version of iTunes?? 3G support is a little buggy for sure.

I found if i update the iphone through itunes using their fw update, it doesn't take, however if I shift click the update and use a custom restore fw the jailbreak works everytime. 30 secs and its done.
google "iPhone1,2_3.1.2_7D11_Custom_Restore.ipsw", look for the one on piratebay

The video tutorial above definitely works.

There is also a custom 3G ipsw in the Downloads.

If your iPhone is stuck in recovery mode, DO THIS: (ON Screen USB pointing to a CD with a Music Note).

    1. Make sure your iTunes is up to data, if not re-download itunes.

    2. after re-installing ITUNES, plug your iphone via USB into your computer. ITUNES will automatically pick it up and a pop up box will probally say that your IPHONE is in recovery mode would you like to restore?

    3. Click the restore tab.
Note - If ITUNES if out of date, this will not work.
Note - Do not do this over WIFI
Note - Do not interrupt the restore
Note - If you did not make a previous back up, your IPHONE will restore back to the factroy settings.

All this happened to me, fortunately I made a back up. I hope this helps.

Sorry to hear that. If you didn't have any backups, you can try to use iPhone Data Recovery this easy-use recovery tool, it can not only recover your iPhone data, but also help you get out of the recovery mode of your iPhone when it stuck in recovery mode. You can visit iPhone Stuck in Recovery Mode for more details.
