    Great Post bucket. Thanks for the info I have been meaning to try this out sometime think I will do it soon on one of my older computers

    That is an AMAZING write-up!!!!!! As chuck mentioned, this is worth doing on a separate machine! I could run them both in parallel until I get the hang of it!!

    What can I say, I'm cautious!!!

    Or you can do what I did for a while, set up a windows virtual machine inside your ubuntu install, once again they make free things to do that with

    It is definitely worth trying and I don't see any reason why someone wouldnt like it

    as far as chucks comment goes on putting this on old machines, I'm running it on my dual core laptop with 2GB of RAM a nice GPU, and I Plan on installing it on my new PC I'm building, but I'm going to use windows as my primary OS on that PC, because its a gaming rig

    Before you go to install make a post here in the linux forum, and i will talk some more about the partitioning scheme that best suits your needs

    Thanks MrBucket I now have Dualbooting XP and Ubuntu it is odd working with it and I can already tell im going to like it.

    i'd love to put osx on my intel pc i have tried every disc you can shake a stick at and none of them seem to work
