how do you put the theme together with photoshop and put it on the website

Go to "Guides" and check out the threads on Winterboard and How to Create a Cydia Repo. Themes are not Photoshop files. Once you've created the theme, zip it and click on Repo Submit. It will post within 24 hours. :cool:
