Changing the phone number format

Hello ALL!

In BR the format is as follows:

8244-1234

while running 1.1.1, some brazilian made a patch to work like this:

0 YY XX nnnn-nnnn

0 - NDD (Network Direct Dialing Access Code
YY - Carrier Select Code
XX - Area Code
nnnn-nnnn - terminal number

but for 1.1.3 in order to instal this patch, it's also necessary to install another pacth that turns out your iPhone in FULL portuguese... hehehe I really do not want that...

Could someone let me know what or where are located the files to make this change by myself?!

do you remember the name of the patch for 1.1.1 ? that way we can try to find that same file in 1.1.3

I got it from a brazilian repo - http://www.ribeiro.net/repo/ and http://iphonemod.com.br/i

now I'm running 1.1.4 and patched (Region patch 1.1.4) from iClarified, but I still would like to change the # format (something like 0 YY XX nnnn-nnnn)

well if you can download that patch just change it the same way te 1.1.1 patch was
